About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Analyze and improve systems and processes to support business objectives and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify innovative solutions and contribute to the organization's technology initiatives.
- Report to Sr Director, SAP Process Transformation.
- Utilize BPM methodology and tools (e.g. Signavio) to map/model / design business processes.
- Analyze IT systems and business processes to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure IT solutions meet business needs.
- Support IT projects by providing data-driven insights and assisting with implementation and testing.
- Maintain documentation and provide training to end-users as needed.
- Stay updated on emerging IT trends and technologies to recommend enhancements.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience in IT, BPM or related roles, demonstrating strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Proficiency with BPM & data analysis tools and techniques to support decision-making and process improvements.
- Knowledge of IT systems, software applications, and business process workflows relevant to enterprise environments.
- Familiarity with project support activities including requirements gathering, testing, and documentation.
- Ability to stay current with emerging IT trends and technologies to recommend enhancements.
- Self-starter who is proactive, analytical, collaborative problem-solver
- Experience in using BPM methodology and tools (e.g. Signavio) to map / design / Mine processes to improve & transform
- Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail
- Track record to drive action, deliver results, with agile approach
- PMP, Lean Six Sigma Certification
- Ability to adapt to changing technologies and business needs.
