About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Analyzing and improving systems and processes to support business objectives and operational efficiency.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify innovative solutions and contribute to the organization's technology initiatives.
- Reporting to Sr Director, SAP Process Transformation
- Working out of Honeywell US location Atlanta, GA on a Hybrid work schedule.
- Impacting the effectiveness and efficiency of SAP S4 transformation by aligning process designs with businesses & functions, supporting project deliverables, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience in IT, BPM or related roles, demonstrating strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Proficiency with BPM & data analysis tools and techniques to support decision-making and process improvements.
- Knowledge of IT systems, software applications, and business process workflows relevant to enterprise environments.
- Familiarity with project support activities including requirements gathering, testing, and documentation.
- Ability to stay current with emerging IT trends and technologies to recommend enhancements.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer science or equivalent field.
- Self-starter who is proactive, analytical, collaborative problem-solver
- Experience in using BPM methodology and tools (e.g. Signavio) to map / design / Mine processes to improve & transform
- Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail
- Track record to drive action, deliver results, with agile approach
- PMP, Lean Six Sigma Certification
- Ability to adapt to changing technologies and business needs.
