About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Analyze repair and overhaul maintenance data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
- Review and disposition Turn Around Time penalty claims for management review.
- Support the development and implementation of maintenance strategies, policies, and procedures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure maintenance activities align with operational goals and compliance requirements.
- Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to management.
- Assist in monitoring maintenance performance metrics and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience in repair and overhaul maintenance analysis or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex maintenance data and identify actionable insights.
- Proficiency with maintenance management systems and data analysis tools to support operational decision-making.
- Knowledge of repair and overhaul processes, industry standards, and compliance requirements.
- Ability to prepare detailed reports and communicate technical information effectively.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in maintenance analysis or repair and overhaul operations.
- Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies and project management principles.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with cross-functional teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
