About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support project related administrative tasks relative to the installation of building automation systems in retail construction projects
- Impact customer satisfaction and operational efficiency by proactively engaging in projects and process transitions
- Ensure timely and accurate order management, and maintain high standards of service delivery
- Report directly to the Operations Manager
- Work in a Hybrid work schedule with initial 90 days onsite at Bentonville, AR
Requirements
What you’ll need- High school diploma
- Minimum 3 years of administration experience or related roles
- Proficiency in SAP, Customer Portals, Oracle, and Excel
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field (we value)
- Experience in supporting project management in a corporate environment (we value)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills (we value)
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment (we value)
- Knowledge of building automation systems or related technologies is a plus (we value)
