Key responsibilities & impact

responsible for product development and related offering management activities for assigned product categories
assist in the identification, documentation and execution of the offering growth strategy
driving productivity & portfolio improvements
enable a focus on Voice of the Customer discussions to discern customer requirements
work closely with stakeholders cross-functionally to define and manage offering requirements

Requirements

What you’ll need

Expert level skills in offering requirements identification, management, and delivery/development
4 or more years of Product Ownership experience in Products/Offering Management/Business or related function
Bachelor’s Degree
Agile and SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager (POPM) training and certification
Practical experience applying scaled agile methodologies across cross-functional teams
MBA
Self-starter who can work independently decisions within degree of authority
Proven track record of leading projects / product launches
Product management & marketing skills
Ability to motivate and influence team members
Process/systems orientated
Analytical thinking and decision making
Proven strategy development and implementation
Articulation of how product meets customer needs
Project Management experience
Sales experience
Experience managing software
