About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Report directly to Director Planning COE
Work out of Houston, TX, Charlotte, NC, or Rosemont, IL
Impact the efficiency of demand planning operations
Ensure customer demands are met while optimizing inventory levels
Enhance overall supply chain performance
Support S4 Hana and new advanced planning system migration as SME, Trainer, UAT lead, and post go live support for demand planning
Lead improvements and standardization projects for PT demand planning

Requirements

What you’ll need

6+ years of experience in Demand Planning, operations planning/scheduling, materials management or other Sales Inventory & Operations Planning related functional area.
Proficiency with a Demand Planning tool (e.g. Kinaxis, SAP APO module, Forecast Pro).
Strong knowledge of demand planning principles, methodologies, and tools.
Demonstrated implementation of statistical forecasting in an advanced planning system.
Familiarity with demand planning software and systems.
Advanced MS Office skills with proficiency in Excel.
Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business, engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
