About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead and oversee the implementation of Honeywell Manufacturing Excellence (HMX) across multiple business units.
Collaborate with senior leaders to identify improvement opportunities and develop a strategic roadmap for HOS aligned with business goals.
Provide guidance and mentorship to HMX Senior Managers and teams in implementing Lean methodologies and tools.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of HMX site assessments initiatives, making recommendations for enhancements.
Prepare monthly updates with sites and Senior management aligned with deliverables for each of the sites under scope of responsibilities.
Participate in operational improvements as needed within the sites under scope of responsibilities to include productivity improvements tied to continuous improvement.

Requirements

What you’ll need

8+ years of experience and mastery in implementing and driving continuous improvement initiatives
8+ years of experience in proven leadership of managers and individual contributors
Strong knowledge of Lean Six Sigma methodologies
Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment
Ability to clearly and concisely communicate at all levels of the organization.
Strategic mindset and ability to align HOS initiatives with business objectives
Ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Passion for continuous improvement and driving change
