About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Use expert skills to scope projects, develop proposal documents, generate demand for services and training
- Ensure issues are resolved and kept within budget and timeline
- Deliver weekly integrated status of all project related activities – including project status, issue resolution, risk management and financial status
- Conduct performance monitoring, information, and reporting; help diagnose root cause of problems
- Identify and escalate critical issues in timely manner
- Review documentation and deliverables from project team to ensure quality delivery of services
- Ensure teams are taking corrective action as necessary to deliver complete scope, desired quality and timeliness of customer projects and strategic programs
- Act as a single point of contact within the project for Support, Product Management and Research & Development
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2+ years experience working with SaaS implementations.
- Must have strong communication skills (oral, written and presentation) negotiation, influencing and relationship skills along with high personal integrity, credibility, and energy.
- 2+ years of demonstrated leadership within a matrixed organization, managing cross-divisional projects and building effective cross-functional teams and relationships
- 2+ years of demonstrated experience working with Project Teams defining, estimating & scheduling project work to achieve project scope and ensure resource allocation is mapped to requirements
- 2+ years Demonstrated experience managing project financials including the PO burn rate throughout the project lifecycle
- Successful completion of Bachelors’ degree or relevant business / information technology or equivalent experience
- Strong experience with the MS Office Suite particularly Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio.
- Candidates with Salesforce experience will receive priority consideration
- Agile Scrum Certification
- Work experience in Life Sciences, Medical Device, Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) or Discrete Manufacturing highly preferred
- Experience working with subcontractors during all phases of program lifecycle
- Experience utilizing MS Office Suite, SAP and other business tools used in the execution of subcontracts management activities
- Bi-lingual- Spanish
