About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Identify and pursue new business opportunities for PSS software within target markets to drive revenue growth.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions.
- Create and execute strategic sales plans that align with Honeywell’s overall business goals and market trends.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product development, and customer support to ensure successful product positioning and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor market conditions and competitor activities to adapt strategies and maintain competitive advantage.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven experience in business development within the software industry, preferably with software solutions similar to PSS.
- Strong knowledge of market analysis, sales strategies, and client relationship management to drive business growth.
- Expertise in developing and executing strategic sales plans that align with corporate objectives and market demands.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales analytics platforms to track performance and optimize sales efforts.
- Ability to travel a minimum of 50% throughout the **West Coast**
- Ability to lead and drive a solution sale presenting to C-Suite teams
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience in managing complex sales cycles and negotiating contracts in the software sector.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret market data to inform business decisions.
- Excellent collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of the software development lifecycle and technology trends is a plus.
