About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Managing demand and asset planning in a manufacturing environment for Honeywell’s Business Unit.
- Creating, maintaining, and analyzing sales forecasts and production plans at the global account level.
- Conducting formal forecast reviews with Global Sales and Business to identify areas for improvement and measure forecast accuracy.
- Designing and implementing supply chain optimization projects to ensure streamlined operations and responsiveness to market demands.
- Collaborating with leadership in the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and Strategic Planning Process (STRAP) processes.
- Guiding the team in making data-backed decisions and improvements in the demand planning process.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of planning, materials, sourcing, or other related supply chain experience
- Proven leadership skills with a track record of effectively managing teams.
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
- Strong process orientation and experience in planning
- Advanced MS Office skills with proficiency in Excel
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Supply Chain/Logistics/Engineering
- Experience with SAP ERP systems
- Experience with a Demand Planning tool (e.g. RapidResponse, SAP APO module, Forecast Pro)
- Certification in supply chain management (APICS, CPIM, CPSM, or CPF)
