About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage procurement projects ensuring alignment with business goals and compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Program Management, Contracts, and Finance to support procurement activities throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Evaluate bids and proposals, ensuring compliance with program requirements and company standards.
  • Maintain and update procurement records and support financial forecasting related to procurement activities.
  • Identify and resolve procurement issues proactively, escalating when necessary to maintain project schedules and budgets.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • **YOU MUST HAVE**
  • - 3 or more years of procurement or subcontracts administration experience within a corporate or manufacturing environment.
  • - Strong knowledge of procurement processes, contract management, and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • - Expertise in evaluating bids and proposals to ensure alignment with company policies and project requirements.
  • - Proficiency with procurement software and tools, including SAP and MS Office Suite, to manage procurement activities efficiently.
  • - Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • - Ability to handle Procurement Data, reporting and simple data analysis.**
