About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support the LSS business to drive services business growth and profitability
Deliver support services to customers respecting global standards and processes
Identify service business opportunities in the customers’ installed base
Maintain customer equipment and perform preventive maintenance
Ensure quality of delivery against service requests and adhere to internal processes

Requirements

What you’ll need

Technical education (high school or degree) – electronic systems/industrial automation
Experience in maintenance of automation control system for sophisticated industrial environment
Knowledge of electronic systems (installation / configuration / implementation)
Understands project life cycle from requirements to delivery
Understanding of the cost structure of service agreements
Basic knowledge of project management skills
Networking, Cyber, Cisco, Windows certifications or Experion.
