About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Accountable for designing and evolving our technology landscape, aligning our architecture with strategic business goals and industry best practices to ensure scalability, security, and compliance of our technology solutions.
Play a pivotal role in shaping the architecture landscape within the Information Systems domain to support HR business processes.
Develop and maintain architecture in alignment with Enterprise Architecture guidelines and standards.
Define strategic roadmaps, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation of key business and IT initiatives.
Lead the integration of Oracle Integration Cloud and the usage of AI/ML technologies to drive data-driven decision-making and enhance HR processes.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Master’s degree in Business Analytics, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
7 or more years of professional IT experience in large-scale business systems environments, with hands-on experience as an architect. Oracle HCM Cloud, Oracle Integration Cloud experience are preferred.
Advanced English Level
Experience in Oracle HCM, Oracle Integration Cloud and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure
Experience in End-to-End Ecosystems for Human Resources, including technology strategy, roadmap, governance, and expectation management.
Familiarity and experience integrating ERP with master data systems and integration platforms.
Experience overseeing/implementing architecture of at least three End-to-End HCM implementations, preferably in Oracle Cloud, for global multinationals.
Proficiency in enterprise architecture frameworks such as TOGAF, along with knowledge of EA tools for modeling architecture.
Ownership mindset with a service-oriented attitude, strong communication and collaboration skills, and the ability to multitask, prioritize, and work both independently and as part of a fast-paced team.
