- Work out of the Bucharest location on a hybrid work schedule (2 days from home + 3 days from the office)
Requirements
What you’ll need- College graduate
- Minimum 1 year experience on Customer Experience Specialist role
- Fluent Romanian, English and French
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Analytical and Problem-solving skills
- Team player
