About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with business objectives.
- Drive HR excellence across the direct and matrixed HR team, ensuring delivery of high-quality services and support to the organization.
- Develop and deploy talent strategies, bringing a holistic talent view to implement solutions in talent acquisition, succession planning, and learning and development
- Spend ~20% of time working on transformation initiatives and special projects aimed at yielding best practices, operating efficiencies, and productivity.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2+ years of experience in HR as a business partner or in a corporate-level role.
- HR functional excellence with experience as a generalist and specialist.
- Proven track record of driving HR initiatives and delivering results as a senior HR leader within a global matrixed organization.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices and current trends.
- Excellent leadership skills and the ability to empower and motivate teams.
