About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage and grow a portfolio of strategic accounts, serving as the primary point of contact for customer relationships
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, understand their business needs and providing tailored solutions
- Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and work with cross-functional teams to deliver value-added solutions
- Guide contract negotiations and ensure customer satisfaction through effective account management
- Ability to travel within the territory a minimum of 50%
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of experience in account management or sales, with a proven track record of managing key accounts and driving revenue growth
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Technology sales experience
