Key responsibilities & impact

Develop and execute a comprehensive product portfolio strategy aligned with business objectives and market opportunities.
Lead the development and management of product roadmaps for the entire portfolio, outlining key initiatives, features, and enhancements to be delivered over time.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to drive portfolio initiatives forward.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive threats.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including executives, customers, partners, and industry influencers.
Monitor key performance metrics for the product portfolio, including revenue, market share, and customer satisfaction.
Drive innovation within the product portfolio by identifying new market opportunities, emerging technologies, and customer needs.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum of 6 years of expertise in managing a portfolio of products, projects, and investments.
Proven track record in portfolio performance management and lifecycle management.
Strong understanding of Master Data Management.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
Experience in fire and life safety industry
Experience in a global organization
Experience in market research and analysis
Strong leadership and project management skills
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and changing environment
