About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage initial tier for HR Tools such as SNOW (CRM) and Oracle HCM
- Provide solution activities related to day-to-day operations and projects
- Influence change and own responsibility for prioritizing requests through Agile methodology
- Manage stakeholder relationships for deployment of tech solutions
- Lead small systems enhancements and new functionality for HR Solutions
- Ensure HR Solution issues are resolved within planned service level agreement
- Conduct ongoing system administration and enhancements
- Audit data to uncover integrity issues and/or opportunities for process improvements
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree (Engineering or abilities related)
- Minimum of 2 years of experience leading process improvements
- Service Now HRSD Agent Workspace or System Administration
- Excellent business analytical, problem solving and organization skills
- Global mindset - collaborates and works well with a diverse global team
- Strong partnering skills: ability to work effectively in a global matrixed organization
- Strong Leadership and global influencing skills
- Good communication skills (spoken, written, & presentation)
- Ability to facilitate user groups and drive decision making
- Excellent critical thinking skills
- Ability to conceptualize business needs and translate them into results
- Familiarity with service center business processes or HR Systems desired
- Service Now knowledge related
