About the role

  • Manage initial tier for HR Tools such as SNOW (CRM) and Oracle HCM
  • Provide solution activities related to day-to-day operations and projects
  • Influence change and own responsibility for prioritizing requests through Agile methodology
  • Manage stakeholder relationships for deployment of tech solutions
  • Lead small systems enhancements and new functionality for HR Solutions
  • Ensure HR Solution issues are resolved within planned service level agreement
  • Conduct ongoing system administration and enhancements
  • Audit data to uncover integrity issues and/or opportunities for process improvements

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (Engineering or abilities related)
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience leading process improvements
  • Service Now HRSD Agent Workspace or System Administration
  • Excellent business analytical, problem solving and organization skills
  • Global mindset - collaborates and works well with a diverse global team
  • Strong partnering skills: ability to work effectively in a global matrixed organization
  • Strong Leadership and global influencing skills
  • Good communication skills (spoken, written, & presentation)
  • Ability to facilitate user groups and drive decision making
  • Excellent critical thinking skills
  • Ability to conceptualize business needs and translate them into results
  • Familiarity with service center business processes or HR Systems desired
  • Service Now knowledge related
