About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Serve as a critical stakeholder and advisor representing Legal/Compliance in Honeywell’s S/4HANA SAP transformation
Deliver periodic upgrade packages to data systems to reflect enhanced data capabilities and changing business/compliance needs
Oversee the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of legal technology tools, systems, and data projects, including Single Source of Truth projects and managing an MOS to ensure service continuity for Compliance/Regulatory critical tools
Automate data-driven risk assessments and heatmaps and support upgrades to existing automated tools and extend to new regulatory risk areas
Execute Compliance Technology MOS, providing a monthly touchpoint to the Chief Compliance and Chief Regulatory Officers and a weekly touchpoint to Compliance and Regulatory Leaders
Coordinate preparation of business cases for proposed Enterprise IT investments as part of AOP
Manage technology vendor delivery against contractual obligations and escalate issues as needed, working closely with assigned IT and Legal Ops project managers
Oversee RFP and RFQ exercises for external vendor engagements and provide recommendations for vendors selection

Requirements

What you’ll need

8+ years of experience with SAP, non-SAP ERP integrations, and other enterprise system architecture
3+ years of experience with compliance
Strong passion for data optimization and end-to-end project management
Comprehensive understanding of legal department functions and industry best practices
Experience in implementing and managing legal technology tools and systems
Excellent project management and organizational skills
