💰 $120,000 - $140,000 per year

About the role

  • Conduct site assessments and compile data required for feasibility studies
  • Apply financial modeling techniques to support DER solution development
  • Design and analyze electrical distribution systems, BESS, solar PV, CHP, and microgrid controllers across assigned projects
  • Collaborate within cross-functional teams of power engineers, project managers, and software developers
  • Provide engineering support to project execution teams during post-contract phases
  • Develop energy and financial models to evaluate DER solutions

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field with a focus on power systems or energy systems
  • 4–6 years of experience in distributed energy resources (DER), microgrids, and energy solutions development
  • 4–6 years of working knowledge of power systems, including electrical distribution, DER integration (solar, BESS, CHP), and commercial & industrial energy infrastructure
