About the role

  • Own the end-to-end program governance for the ISC S/4HANA ERP development for Integrated Supply Chain.
  • Establish and manage program operating cadence: steering committee, workstream leadership, daily/weekly execution routines, and decision logs within ISC to include executive reporting.
  • Partner with process owners to define and approve global template.
  • Lead deployment readiness planning.
  • Coordinate change leadership across the organization.
  • Drive standardization of execution processes (Planning, Procurement, Logistics, Warehouse, Manufacturing).
  • Responsible for preparation for continuous stakeholder alignment and decision transparency across corporate and site leadership.
  • Capture lessons learned and institutionalize improvements.

Requirements

  • 8 or more years of experience in project management within supply chain or manufacturing environments.
  • Proven experience in leading large-scale software implementations, preferably SAP S/4HANA.
  • Strong understanding of supply chain processes and best practices.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to effectively manage cross-functional teams.
  • Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. person, which is defined as, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status.
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive change and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on achieving measurable results.
