Key responsibilities & impact
  • Oversee all sales activities related to LenelS2 Synergy within a major region or specific vertical markets.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to enable the success of the projects business and maintain relationships with key enterprise clients and strategic partners.
  • Drive revenue growth, expanding market share for LenelS2's/HBS innovative security portfolio.
  • Ensure alignment with broader business objectives.
  • Analyze market trends, competitive intelligence, and customer preferences to inform strategic decisions.
  • Support high-value contract negotiations and complex RFP responses within the assigned region.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum of 10+ years of sales experience within the security access control and video industry, with a proven track record of exceeding multi-million-dollar sales quotas.
  • Influential leader capable of influencing and managing vertical project sales within given region.
  • Deep knowledge of the physical security market, including access control, video management systems (VMS), and cloud-based security solutions.
  • Deep knowledge of the construction eco system related to new project builds.
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to non-technical audiences.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong business acumen with a problem-solving attitude.
  • Ability to work independently, manage complex projects, and effectively prioritize competing demands.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field is strongly preferred.
  • Ability and willingness to travel frequently (up to 30%) across the assigned territory and to corporate events/trade shows.
