Technical Support Engineer – Electronic Access Systems
HoneywellTechnical Support Engineer responsible for commissioning and supporting electronic access systems in the hospitality sector. Joining Honeywell to deliver service excellence to clients in the North Region.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Commissioning new systems at our customer sites
- Programming new systems for customers
- Undertake technical revisions with customers where we hold maintenance contracts
- Provide training and guidance to both internal and external clients
- Support customers with telephone Technical Assistance.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience in similar technician or engineering role
- Knowledge and experience within Technical Engineering/Telecommunications/Speciality in Electronics or Computer Systems ideally within in the electronic access system industry
- Analytical thinking, customer orientation
- Organizational capacity, prioritisation of task
- Full UK driving licence with the ability to travel across the North Region to include other parts of the country when required
