About the role

  • Commissioning new systems at our customer sites
  • Programming new systems for customers
  • Undertake technical revisions with customers where we hold maintenance contracts
  • Provide training and guidance to both internal and external clients
  • Support customers with telephone Technical Assistance.

Requirements

  • Experience in similar technician or engineering role
  • Knowledge and experience within Technical Engineering/Telecommunications/Speciality in Electronics or Computer Systems ideally within in the electronic access system industry
  • Analytical thinking, customer orientation
  • Organizational capacity, prioritisation of task
  • Full UK driving licence with the ability to travel across the North Region to include other parts of the country when required
