About the role
- Responsible for regional opportunity pipeline development and management, tracking key business metrics, and quarterly business update/review
- Drive business development in Southeast Asia region by positioning incremental and recurring software
- Conduct consulting engagements such as needs discovery, workshops, benchmarking and master planning to determine customer needs and develop solution opportunities
- Coordinating with cross functional teams involving Operations, product management, proposal and estimations, to position right Honeywell Connected Industrial Solution
- Define and communicate the value proposition of software products or services through product presentations and demonstrations, to highlight key features, benefits, and competitive advantages.
Requirements
- Hands-on consulting experience in process industries, delivering Solution Consulting /digital transformation, or operational excellence programs
- 4 years of progressive software sales and/or consulting experience
- Domain knowledge in at least one core vertical (Refining, Petrochemicals, Chemicals, Mining Power)
- Background with industry experience in enabling Digitization, Business applications like Process historian, Production accounting, Asset Performance Management, Alarm management, Process simulation, Advanced Process Control, Operator Training simulators
- Strong understanding of OT. IT environments (DCS, historians, APC, AI/ML, Operation Management, data platforms)
- Ability to lead customer workshops from Day 1
- Experience translating business problems into scalable digital solutions
- Executive-level communication skills, able to engage plant leadership and leadership
- Proven experience working in regional customer environments and understand Market and Competitive landscape
