About the role
- Serve as a trusted HR partner to business leaders and employees within the US&C region, providing guidance on employee relations, performance management, and organizational development.
- Lead and support talent acquisition efforts to attract and retain high-quality talent aligned with business needs.
- Drive the execution of HR programs and initiatives that support regional business objectives and compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Manage complex employee relations issues, including investigations and conflict resolution, ensuring fair and consistent application of policies.
- Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence and other stakeholders to implement best practices and continuous improvement in HR processes.
- Support change management initiatives and organizational effectiveness strategies within the region.
Requirements
- 3 plus years of HR experience as a business partner or HR Generalist inclusive of minimum 1 year working in a unionized environment.
- Strong expertise in employee relations, performance management, and talent acquisition.
- In-depth knowledge of HR policies, compliance, and employment law applicable to the US market.
- Proven ability to manage complex employee relations issues and lead investigations effectively.
- Experience partnering with business leaders to align HR strategies with organizational goals.
- Proficiency with HRIS systems and talent management tools to support HR operations efficiently.
