About the role
- Lead and manage multiple engineering projects and activities from initiation to closure.
- Develop project plans, schedules, and resource allocation.
- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to project timelines and deliverables.
- Interaction with Global Engineering teams to align on best practices.
- Support End-of Life component process, Customer Fix priorities, Factory support initiatives and other activities to sustain the Global Fire portfolio .
- Prepare and present Sustaining Engineering summaries for leadership reviews.
- Act as focal for all incoming support requests in the assigned region.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project engineering or related roles.
- Minimum of 5 years of Experience with engineering processes and methodologies.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Ability to analyze project data and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
