About the role
- Assist in the design and development of electronic systems and components for building automation and fire safety solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate functional requirements into technical specifications.
- Utilize CAD tools for creating detailed schematics, layouts, and other design documentation.
- Perform simulations and analyses using appropriate tools to validate design concepts and functionality.
- Support the testing, troubleshooting, and debugging of electronic systems to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Participate in project meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of design processes.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of advancements in electronics and building automation technologies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong foundation in electronics, including both digital and analog design.
- Proficiency in CAD tools such as AutoCAD, Altium Designer, or equivalent software.
- Experience with simulation tools like SPICE or MATLAB for circuit analysis and validation.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment and communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Internship or academic project experience in building automation or fire safety systems.
- Understanding of industry standards and regulations related to fire safety and building automation.
- Knowledge of embedded systems and microcontrollers is a plus.
- Testing methodology.

- Circuit Analysis.
- Regulatory agency testing experience.
