About the role

  • Analyze and improve systems and processes to support business objectives and operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify innovative solutions and contribute to the organization's technology initiatives.
  • Report to Sr Director, SAP Process Transformation and work out of Honeywell US locations - Charlotte, NC or Raleigh, NC or Atlanta, GA or Houston, TX on a Hybrid work schedule.
  • Impact the effectiveness and efficiency of SAP S4 transformation by aligning process designs with businesses & functions, supporting project deliverables, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

  • Experience in IT, BPM or related roles, demonstrating strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency with BPM & data analysis tools and techniques to support decision-making and process improvements.
  • Knowledge of IT systems, software applications, and business process workflows relevant to enterprise environments.
  • Familiarity with project support activities including requirements gathering, testing, and documentation.
  • Ability to stay current with emerging IT trends and technologies to recommend enhancements.
  • Self-starter who is proactive, analytical, collaborative problem-solver
  • Experience in using BPM methodology and tools (e.g. Signavio) to map / design / Mine processes to improve & transform
  • Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Track record to drive action, deliver results, with agile approach
  • PMP, Lean Six Sigma Certification
  • Ability to adapt to changing technologies and business needs.
