About the role

  • Lead and mentor a team of Technical Product Owners
  • Define technical requirements and oversee the development of specifications
  • Implement best practices to optimize workflows
  • Actively participate in strategic planning and contribute insights
  • Ensure programs meet business specifications
  • Interact with business users to understand new business requirements and enhancement requests
  • Facilitate/assist in Discovery and Estimation meetings for upcoming work
  • Document issues with resolutions and share with team members
  • Take complete ownership for assigned tasks

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a Technical Product Owner management role or similar technical leadership position
  • Strong understanding of software development methodologies and processes
  • Experience working in agile development environments and familiarity with agile principles
  • Proven track record of successfully managing technical teams
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or another related field.
  • Certifications in product management or agile methodologies (e.g., Certified Scrum Product Owner).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Attention to detail and excellent problem-solving capability
  • US Person requirement due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations
