About the role
- Lead and mentor a team of Technical Product Owners
- Define technical requirements and oversee the development of specifications
- Implement best practices to optimize workflows
- Actively participate in strategic planning and contribute insights
- Ensure programs meet business specifications
- Interact with business users to understand new business requirements and enhancement requests
- Facilitate/assist in Discovery and Estimation meetings for upcoming work
- Document issues with resolutions and share with team members
- Take complete ownership for assigned tasks
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a Technical Product Owner management role or similar technical leadership position
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies and processes
- Experience working in agile development environments and familiarity with agile principles
- Proven track record of successfully managing technical teams
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or another related field.
- Certifications in product management or agile methodologies (e.g., Certified Scrum Product Owner).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Attention to detail and excellent problem-solving capability
- US Person requirement due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations
