About the role

  • Manage and enhance event strategy focused on process improvement and innovation.
  • Plan, execute, and evaluate events to achieve organizational goals.
  • Develop best practices for continuous improvement.
  • Lead and coordinate multiple events each month to drive productivity and engagement.
  • Facilitate training programs for new event leaders, fostering skill development and leadership.
  • Oversee the transition of event-generated concepts into designated ideation tools.
  • Implement a structured approach for pre-event preparation, execution, and post-event review.
  • Work with relevant teams to ensure a comprehensive event calendar is established.
  • Support training and “shadowing” for people leading events besides IA event leaders’ team.
  • Track and report on the effectiveness of event outcomes.
  • Engage in regular updates and documentation related to event processes and templates.
  • Gather and analyze participant feedback to ensure high satisfaction and perceived value from events.
  • Create and refine event playbooks and best practices while mentoring team members.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (advanced degree preferred).
  • Black Belt Six sigma trained mandatory, Master Black Belt or Lean Expert is a strong plus
  • Proven experience in event management or productivity projects
  • 10 plus years experience on NPI or Productivity background required
  • Familiarity with data analytics and process improvement methodologies is a plus.
  • Fluent in English
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
