About the role

  • Lead SAP S/4HANA Finance (FI) and Controlling (CO) design, configuration, and implementation ensuring timely completion of related project activities with key focus on quality.
  • Collaborate across functions to align system functionality with business needs.
  • Design and maintain Financial Statement Versions (Balance Sheet & Income Statement) aligned to reporting structures.
  • Lead integration between SAP S/4HANA and Peripheral systems:
  • - Blackline
  • - Banking
  • - Redwood
  • - Oracle Enterprise Performance tools
  • Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications and test scripts.
  • Partner with technical teams on custom reports and process enhancements.
  • Provide go-live support and hyper care during implementations.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and adoption of SAP standard best practices

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or Business.
  • 5+ years of SAP Finance FI and CO end user experience
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end Finance and Controlling processes
  • Experience working in global organizations with multi-country requirements
  • Skilled in troubleshooting, testing support, and resolving process issues
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across global teams
  • Project management experience.
