Managing day-to-day operations in the Gasoline TS group.
Administratively managing technical specialists and monitoring global group activities.
Scheduling customer accountabilities and projects.
Coordinating internal support of the UPT, LST and STS Business Groups.
Accountable for performance and salary planning for direct reports.
Coordinate work process development for efficient use of resources.
Work with other TS managers towards standardization of group outputs.
Monitor compliance to established work processes and maintain group metrics.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field.
A minimum of 10 years of experience in a technology service, engineering, process operations or design engineering role within the refining, petrochemical or gas processing industry is required.
Proven ability to lead and mentor teams while collaborating effectively across disciplines.
Ability to travel up to 20% annually to both domestic and international sites. Most travel can be scheduled and planned in advance.
A strong knowledge and operating experience of some or all of the following technologies: CCR Platforming, Fixed Bed Platforming, Penex, Butamer, Par-Isom, InAlk, Naphtha Hydrotreating and CatPoly.
