Proactively reviews supplier capabilities, assess operational gaps to identify risks and takes systematic actions to develop a world class supplier.
Is globally responsible for all supplier development, quality improvement and sustainment.
Systematically drives Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA) investigations to prevent defects.
Works directly with sourcing, business, engineering and our customers on strategies to improve product quality and delivery.
Identifies and leads the implementation of continuous improvement projects.
Are leaders creating a performance culture with our suppliers through coaching and technical engagement.

Requirements

Hands-on experience with Alteryx (or comparable ETL tools) for data preparation and automation
Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and statistical analysis software.
Proficiency in SQL
Strong problem solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in data analytics, ideally within an aerospace or manufacturing context.
Strong knowledge of quality management principles and risk assessment methodologies within the aerospace industry.
PMP Certification
Ability to interface effectively with all levels of leadership.
A change agent with excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
Effective collaboration skills to motivate and influence others at various levels without a direct reporting relationship.
