About the role
- Play a critical role in driving operational excellence and supporting the sales team to achieve their goals.
- Streamline processes, enhance productivity, and ensure smooth sales operations.
- Report directly to the Sales Operations Manager and work out of the Lansdale, PA location on a Hybrid work schedule.
- Manage web inquiries, process and track RFIs, RFQs, and RFPs—including evaluations and repairs.
- Maintain accurate, real-time visibility into proposal activity.
- Engage confidently with internal stakeholders and external customers.
- Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction through professionalism and collaboration.
- Provide consistent support and maintenance of data quality and integrity for all systems and ancillary reporting processes.
Requirements
- 5 or more years of experience in sales operations, sales support, or a similar role.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, particularly Salesforce, for managing sales data and processes.
- Experience with sales forecasting and pipeline management to support sales strategies.
- Knowledge of sales processes and best practices to enhance operational efficiency.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools to present insights effectively.
- Experience working with government contracts
- Experience in a manufacturing environment
- Experience in demand-driven business process execution
