About the role

  • Play a critical role in driving operational excellence and supporting the sales team to achieve their goals.
  • Streamline processes, enhance productivity, and ensure smooth sales operations.
  • Report directly to the Sales Operations Manager and work out of the Lansdale, PA location on a Hybrid work schedule.
  • Manage web inquiries, process and track RFIs, RFQs, and RFPs—including evaluations and repairs.
  • Maintain accurate, real-time visibility into proposal activity.
  • Engage confidently with internal stakeholders and external customers.
  • Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction through professionalism and collaboration.
  • Provide consistent support and maintenance of data quality and integrity for all systems and ancillary reporting processes.

Requirements

  • 5 or more years of experience in sales operations, sales support, or a similar role.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, particularly Salesforce, for managing sales data and processes.
  • Experience with sales forecasting and pipeline management to support sales strategies.
  • Knowledge of sales processes and best practices to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools to present insights effectively.
  • Experience working with government contracts
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment
