About the role

  • Technically Lead, develop, and motivate engineering teams responsible for the System Design and development of IFS Systems Applications for BRGA programs.
  • You will be responsible for defining, executing the technical content by working with systems engineering team and customers.
  • You will participate in all phases of systems development and drive high impact growth projects.

Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Computer Sciences or Electronic Engineering Technology
  • At least 4 years of experience working various application areas
  • Must be a US Person
  • Expertise working with Aerospace standards and familiarity with DO178B/C.
  • Advanced Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Computer Sciences
  • Experience working in systems definition, requirements capture, systems test procedures and reviews.
  • Proven Systems engineering expertise demonstrated on programs.
  • Able to identify and manage risks and opportunities with demonstrated capability to manage multiple projects
  • Good communicator of vision, ideas and work requirement. Should have demonstrated transformational results (Innovation, Productivity, Technology) through cross collaboration
