About the role

  • Lead a team of engineers, ensuring successful project execution and high-quality solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet engineering support requirements.
  • Report directly to the Senior Engineer Program Manager.
  • Work out of the Phoenix location on a Hybrid work schedule.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline in engineering, science, or technology.
  • 6 years of experience working program or project management of flight controls, servos, or other avionics engineering programs.
  • Past or current experience with all aspects of automatic flight controls systems.
  • General knowledge of servos and related engineering programs.
  • General avionics experience and knowledge.
  • Knowledge of the systems or software developmental lifecycle.
  • Strong problem solving and organizational skills.
  • Ability to adapt as dictated by program needs .
  • Effective communication skills.
