About the role

  • Work closely with experienced engineers to design and implement a load-balancing mechanism for OnGuard’s services
  • Contribute to improving the scalability, reliability, and performance of backend services
  • Participate in technical discussions, code reviews, and team meetings to learn best engineering practices
  • Gain hands-on experience with distributed systems concepts and service architecture in a production environment

Requirements

  • Undergoing or having finished a degree in Computer Science / Software Engineering or related field
  • Knowledge of C++ and SQL
  • English level: comfortable communicating in English in both written and spoken
  • Naturally curious and a proactive problem solver, approaching tasks with a methodical and consistent mindset
  • Well-organized and capable of managing time efficiently to meet deadlines and support team objectives
