About the role

  • Support the Supplier Readiness electronics value stream.
  • Develop strategies and support the execution of supplier transition objectives.
  • Report directly to the Engineering Manager.
  • Collaborate with electronics value stream leaders & program managers.
  • Work out of the Minneapolis, MN location on a Hybrid work schedule.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, or mathematics.
  • 5+ years of experience in project engineering or management.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
  • Proficiency in engineering tools, including CAD and project management software, to facilitate design and execution.
