About the role

  • Developing specification for controller and individual development teams (hardware, software).
  • Support cooperation between all functional groups (El. HW, Mech, SW, Test Services, Safety, etc.) involved in development and prototype/ serial manufacture of electrical control unit and reporting on system design / development status to internal and external customers.
  • Liaising closely with customers, designers and suppliers
  • You will have an opportunity to work both independently and within a multi-functional team environment. You can also expect support from areas of expertise and experience when required.

Requirements

  • University degree in Electrical Engineering ideally with mechatronics or computer science
  • 1 year working experience in Systems Engineering role or experience with software or hardware development with interest in developing career in systems engineering domain (cooperating with development team and overseeing end-to-end development process)
  • Fluent command of English language as you will be regularly communicating with team located in the US
  • Self-motivated approach, ability to work with little supervision, consistently take the initiative to get things done
  • Ability to quickly analyze, incorporate and apply new information and concept within an existing system or process
  • Orientation in Aerospace industry - knowledge of regulatory standards (e.g. DO-160, DO-254, DO-178) and aircraft system guidelines (ARP4754A, ARP4761, etc.)
  • Experienced in developing the technical requirements customer, validating and verifying the system functions according to the system requirements, qualification testing
  • Experience with Configuration Management and version control systems
  • Scripting in Python
  • Experience in customer technical cooperation as a Project Leader and / or Technical Leader
  • Ability to plan and control projects
  • Flexibility and ability to adapt the changes decided by project
  • Your background in Aerospace will be beneficial
