About the role
- Develop and execute comprehensive vertical specific and country growth marketing plans in France that align with Building Automation business goals.
- Increase reach and engagement through the use of account-based marketing.
- Ensure that the marketing shared services for creative and content effectively deploys the value proposition in collaterals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with the direct and indirect commercial teams.
- Oversee the planning, execution, and performance evaluation of promotions and integrated marketing campaigns.
- Lead the management of Marketing Development Funds (MDF) with key channel partners and distributors.
- Lead the development and execution of small local events to foster connections and generate revenue.
Requirements
- Proven experience of at least 6 years in channel marketing or related roles.
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing channel marketing strategies.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
- Proficiency in demand generation and lead generation strategies.
- Experience in utilizing marketing automation platforms and CRM systems.
- Knowledge of distribution and partner channel dynamics.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
