About the role

  • Lead financial strategies and initiatives that enhance Direct material procurement efficiency
  • Foster team development and influence global decision-making across the BA organization
  • Drive results to meet target objectives in procurement
  • Assist leading a global procurement organization supporting the delivery of high-quality, reliable, innovative, and cost-competitive procurement solutions/strategies across an annual expenditure of approximately $1.3B
  • Play a significant role in driving standardization of activities and process improvement across BA.

Requirements

  • 5 or more years of finance executive or accounting experience within a corporate environment.
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of financial principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in financial analysis software and MS Office.
  • Ability to effectively lead and inspire a team.
  • Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. person, which is defined as, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status.
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting or Economics.
  • MBA, CMA, CPA preferred
  • Manufacturing background and Integrated Supply Chain experience (operationally and finance) – global experience preferred
  • Ability to lead and influence diverse, cross-functional teams globally
  • Ability to drive business decisions across business teams
  • Ability to understand business activities with a view broader than just the finance function
  • Experience in a matrix organization
  • ERP / systems experience (SAP and Hyperion Planning preferred)
  • Strong and consistent personal ethics and a high sense of integrity
  • Drives results through inclusion and collaborative behavior
  • Track record of developing sustainable performance cultures where team members are passionate about winning
  • Consistently demonstrates humility and prioritizes listening over directing
