About the role
- Lead the CORP Integrated Supply Chain (ISC) Manufacturing Excellence team.
- Serve as the enterprise owner of Global Design Models (GDMs) across Manufacturing, Planning, Logistics, and Procurement.
- Drive the creation, alignment, governance, and deployment of GDMs.
- Ensure consistency, scalability, and measurable impact across Strategic Business Groups (SBGs).
- Oversee the end-to-end GDM lifecycle (P1–P5).
- Lead Kaizen-based deployments at critical sites.
- Deliver enterprise results across cost, inventory, service, and efficiency.
Requirements
- 10 or more years of experience in project management within supply chain or manufacturing environments.
- Proven track record of leading teams and managing complex projects across multiple functions.
- Strong knowledge of Global Design Models and experience with GDM lifecycle management.
- Expertise in Kaizen methodologies and continuous improvement practices.
- Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. person, which is defined as, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on achieving measurable results.
