About the role

  • Lead the definition and development of system architectures and designs to meet project and customer requirements.
  • Ensure that system solutions are scalable, reliable, and align with industry best practices.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to engineering teams, ensuring the successful execution of projects.
  • Lead the development of new initiatives like Model Based System Engineering, Digital Engineering initiative (INCOSE 2.0)

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics.
  • 5+ years of experience in systems engineering and project leadership.
  • Expert of knowledge in systems integration, implementation, and troubleshooting.
  • Experience providing guidance and coaching to junior System Engineering team
  • Strong background in leading complex project teams and managing project schedules, budgets, and resources.
  • Working knowledge of System Requirement Management tools like DOORs, Model based System Engineering (MBSE), CAMEO etc.
  • Advanced Engineering degrees such as EE (Electrical Engineering) or ME (Mechanical Engineering).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Passion for innovation and continuous learning.
  • Attention to detail and excellent problem-solving capability.
