About the role
- Lead the definition and development of system architectures and designs to meet project and customer requirements.
- Ensure that system solutions are scalable, reliable, and align with industry best practices.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to engineering teams, ensuring the successful execution of projects.
- Lead the development of new initiatives like Model Based System Engineering, Digital Engineering initiative (INCOSE 2.0)
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics.
- 5+ years of experience in systems engineering and project leadership.
- Expert of knowledge in systems integration, implementation, and troubleshooting.
- Experience providing guidance and coaching to junior System Engineering team
- Strong background in leading complex project teams and managing project schedules, budgets, and resources.
- Working knowledge of System Requirement Management tools like DOORs, Model based System Engineering (MBSE), CAMEO etc.
- Advanced Engineering degrees such as EE (Electrical Engineering) or ME (Mechanical Engineering).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Passion for innovation and continuous learning.
- Attention to detail and excellent problem-solving capability.
