About the role

  • Lead the execution of OT Security initiatives to safeguard operational technology across the organization.
  • Oversee the implementation of Nexus software, ensuring it meets the needs of various sites and drives user adoption.
  • Liaise with SBGs to gather requirements and feedback, ensuring that the software aligns with operational goals.
  • Act as an analytics consultant, collaborating with business units to translate their needs into requirements to drive add value analytics solutions.

Requirements

  • 10 or more years' of experience in project management within supply chain, operational technology, or manufacturing environments.
  • Proven experience in leading teams and managing complex projects related to software implementation and OT Security.
  • Strong understanding of analytics and the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with various stakeholders.
  • Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. person, which is defined as, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Supply Chain Management, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive software adoption and manage change within an organization.
  • Strong analytical skills with a focus on delivering actionable insights and solutions.
