About the role
- Deliver one-on-one and group coaching, lead deal reviews, share best practices
- Design and scale sales coaching and enablement programs
- Mentor teams, support complex procurement cycles
- Define KPIs and provide data-driven insights
Requirements
- Extensive experience in building automation sales with channel partners, GCs, and subcontractors
- Deep understanding of construction industry dynamics and procurement processes
- Proven sales leadership and coaching experience
- Expertise in consultative selling and strategic account management
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills
- Business-fluent in English; additionally, Mandarin or Hindi is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills
- Familiarity with Honeywell technologies
- Passion for talent development
