  • Define and lead our Sales Coaching and Enablement strategy

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in building automation sales with channel partners, GCs, and subcontractors
  • Deep understanding of construction industry dynamics and procurement processes
  • Proven sales leadership and coaching experience
  • Expertise in consultative selling and strategic account management
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills
  • Business-fluent in German and English; additional languages a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills
  • Familiarity with Honeywell technologies
  • Passion for talent development
