About the role

  • Leading and people-managing a team of engineers in end-to-end development of software solutions
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, including customers, in an international environment
  • Shaping the architecture and product requirements
  • Providing technical expertise and guidance to the team in solving complex engineering problems

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in software development
  • Experience leading people
  • Very good knowledge of an object-oriented programming language (strongly preferable C++14 and above), SQL, REST API
  • Experience in development of distributed systems and client-server architecture
  • Experience with and willingness to leverage GenAI coding assistants (i.e. GitHub Copilot, OpenAI Codex)
  • Very good written and verbal English and Polish communication skills
