About the role
- Lead and manage complex engineering projects from initiation to completion.
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Monitor project progress, identify any issues, and address them promptly.
- Assess, communicate, and mitigate technical risks.
- Coordinate and collaborate with a global team to ensure project alignment and success.
Requirements
- University education in an Engineering field, preferably with an IT/programming background.
- 3+ years’ experience in project engineering, experience with various project management tools and methodologies, risk management and problem-solving
- Strong leadership and project management skills, with a proven track record of delivering complex engineering projects on time and within budget, preferably from R&D environment.
- Excellent command of the English language (B2/C1 level) for regular spoken and written communication.
- Self-motivated to learn and grow, with the ability to work with minimal supervision while consistently taking the initiative to complete tasks without being prompted.
- Any of the following will be considered as advantageous: technical expertise in aerospace engineering principles and practices, experience in the development of real-time embedded software, knowledge of software regulatory standards, including DO-178B and experience in designing.
