About the role
- Lead the design and development of advanced electrical systems and components.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to cross-functional teams.
- Conduct feasibility studies and analyze technical requirements.
- Develop and implement electrical engineering strategies and best practices
- Manage project budgets and timelines
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive innovation and continuous improvement
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in technical disciplines such as the sciences, technology, engineering or mathematics.
- 6 years of experience in electrical engineering.
- Proven track record of successfully leading complex electrical engineering projects
- Strong knowledge of electrical design principles, practices, and standards.
- Proficiency in electrical design software and tools such as Mathcad, Mentor Graphics and LTSpice.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with electrical system testing and validation methodologies.
