- Requirements Management

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as the sciences, technology, engineering or mathematics.
- 0-2 years of Engineering experience in Aerospace Systems or a similar industry
- Strong familiarity with MATLAB and Excel
- Strong familiarity in engineering physics, mechanics, and Fluid Dynamics and thermodynamic principles
- Strong management operating system that facilitates communication
- Leadership Skills — specifically decision making, driving results, and bias for action
- Persuasion to influence others to accept new concepts, practices, and approaches
- Experience with Pneumatic Systems, products and controls (Engine Valves, Start Systems, ECS systems)
- Understanding of business objectives and more importantly the ability to interact with our customers
- Mechanical/Actuation Systems design and/or component controller integration a plus
- Experience with systems requirement flow down
- Experience with DOORs or DOORS Next Gen
- Experience with ELM
- Experience with Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE)
- Experience with systems requirement V&V
